Excellent learning opportunities

Typical work day means interaction with different stakeholders who are typically my partners in the organization and team management. I typically start the day with a team huddle which include, review of MIS, key focus areas for the day, previous days challenges, support required and plans for the day. As an escalation point, I check if we have an urgent escalation to manage. Review my calendar for the day. Plan for my meetings. Close out strategic projects with my team lead. I've learned the importance of team cohesion, which has assisted my team to achieve excellent TAT. What I enjoy most about my role is the sense of achievement when my team achieves their goals. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing my stakeholders expectations vs the process. Not very easy as this requires firm understanding of your processes and constant partner education.

Excellent

The company is diverse and offers a lot of opportunity for growth in career as well as personal growth. My colleagues are very supportive and well driven in achieving set targets, we work well as a team. I work in a very positive environment and that helps with the day to day tasks. I have learnt since starting at there that I can manage my time productively and I work well under pressure as well meeting deadlines.

Great opportunity and learnt a lot

Diary management, travel arrangements, assisting with visa applications. Doing expenses daily. Very good working relationships. Assisted directors and vice presidents.
