Good working environment/ excellent learning curve
Working at city of joburg together with Sanca it was a very great opportunity for my adventure also , a good experience for future , I have learnt how to work with communities and school children , youth , and to interact with my environment .even though some duties were challenging, I have learned to work under pressure and also work long hours than I was expected, and also I have learnt to appreciate everyone's not to judge and work with people and my colleague very well as I am a very humble and patient person, who enjoy working with a team because I believe that different minds bring together different ideas. I really enjoyed my work as a volunteer even though it was challenging.

My responsibility was to engage with all stakeholders in the local government as well as schools and community outreach, working for the organisation had made me to realise that civil society needs help and also ordinary people within the community are still struggling come out of poverty so with the programmes that we were implementing they gave youth opportunities to review their purpose and help them to find skills in fighting poverty and drug abuse because when youth is unemployed they are more likely to engage themselves on dangerous situation, so my work was so vast and I enjoyed working with youth and adult.i am also about to graduate doing BA, in community development, so it will be my honour being in your team.

I Victor Mbalo, ID No 830307 5454 08 2 would like to apply for the advertised position at City of Johannesburg for Customer Relationship Agent. I hold the relevant qualifitions and have a good customer service experience from the previous Employer Makro SA as an IT Administrator. I used to deal with customer queries as well when they had problems with their card payments and logged necessary calls when it is needed as it is mentioned on my CV attached on the email. Head: Operational Risk
My responsibilities, among others, is to develop and implement ERM framework and Policy, BCM framework, as well as risk appetite and tolerance. Also to facilated and assess business risks along with business strategies and operational models. I have accumulated extensive knowledge and experience on ERM via managerial positions I have held at private as well as public sector. I am a member of IRMSA and IIA. I have capability to establish and maintain good stakeholder relations. I have learnt good leadership and managerial skills throughout my work experience. I enjoy mostly working with people and processes, working toward improvement of internal controls and internal environment at large. The Challenge on my job field is the maturity level of ERM within any organisation.
Pros: My portfolio is vey big and very interesting, as It include all aspects of ERM, that is Strategic and operational risk assessements, ICT risk assessments, Fraud risk assessments, as well as insurance and liability portfolio.

Excellent learning curve

Good learning curve
Its a very welcoming environment where team work is key. All employees are cooperative,they have good interpersonal skills and communicate very well with others. I have learned that meeting deadlines is important especially when submitting reports. There is a lot of work so it is very challenging because i'm working alone, but i prioritize my work in order to stay organised.
Pros: I have an opportunity to be permanent only if i work hard
