I have learn alot about overhead lines and cable

I have go relationship with my colleagues , I have learn lot from them.they have teach me about line work and cables, I enjoy learning new thing especially about of electricity. My biggest challenge is when I have lot of work at specify time coz I don't like to leave job incomplete

Pros: They give us short courses of cable ,overhead, batteries maintenance,sub stations and mini sub stations

Good working conditions

The workplace is very busy,my relationship with my co-workers is good and i have learnt that teamwork is very much important, i enjoy everything i do in the organisation as i feel like an asset and the most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with aggressive clients at work.

Pros: Great opportunity for an internship

I'm the best in the my current environment (CRM in Local Government)

A typical day at work involves going through the daily statistical reports on the previous day's performance and engaging my direct reports on how to improve on the previous day's performance. It involves Risk Management; Audit Resolution, Financial Management, Human resources and Corporate Governance. Sound relations with staff and peers at senior management are key, escalation of stubborn problems to my direct report and subsequently the City Manager is equally important for traction. Lessons learnt extends to the importance of discipline, a hands on approach and Change management. Seeing the benefits of taking a step back is rewarding especially because improvement is instantly visible in this space. The most challenging part of the job is dealing with the inter-dependency emanating from peer portfolios and making them to appreciate customer centricity to an extent of equally improving on their respective areas of performance.

Excellent learning curve

I got to know a lot about over head lines construction, fault finding,MV and LV cables and how the distribution network us going .I learned also about the importance of adhering to the occupational health and safety act .During breakdown I got to learn how to handle the pressures of workings with time,at the same time handling too much work load.

Pros: Great opportunity for getting qualifications

Sap Crm,Ibis reporting system,word excell,

I have gained a lot pf experience at city of tshwane municipality customer care.as i was helping people with their bills and issuing invoices for them to pay rent.I was reporting water leakages and power failure at ibis and power map.i enjoyed the working hours at the company with my freindly colleagues. We help each other wer we were struggling.

Working at the library is a good working experience for me course i am willing to learn more.

the is no hard labor where I work, I work at the Mabopane block x community library I love working with my co-workers they are very nice and welcoming, and I'm busy leaning a lot working at the library I have improved in my communication skills and I enjoy coming to work every day mostly re arranging the books in the orderly way according to their shelf section an references.

Pros: no because it is a 12months contract only but mybe i dnt knw yet.
Cons: i only work for eight hours only.

Excellent learning curve

Tshwane University of Technology and obtained a National Diploma in IT (Communication Networks) in 2015. This has given me a range of practical capabilities that will meet the needs of this role. I have six year of experience in Supply Chain Management(Sap).

Pros: Great experience.
Cons: No opportunities for promotion
