Fleet manager, fleet Maintenance controller, diesel mechanic

I have worked the last 6 years in the Fleet Management Industry, and 7 years as a Diesel Mechanic/Aider in Motor Industry. I began the first 7 years as a Diesel Mechanic Apprentice, and then worked my way up with hard work, knowledge, and experience to become the successful and effective qualified Diesel Mechanic and Fleet Maintenance Controller. I have experience managing a team of 6 employees for the fleet hiring, presentation, rental, and retrieval of a fleet of hundreds of Plants, tools, trucks and small vehicles for rental purposes. Analyze maintenance costs and provide recommendations on fleet utilization and replacement. Report fleet expense and income performance regularly to General Manager

Excellent learning

I manage fleet of 200vehicles at the stage, with a small size of pool to rent out on he daily basis. Currently manage and maintain more than 200 fleet vehicles

Pros: i am always therefore for people to book vehicles, knocking off at 6pm to accomodate their needs
Cons: I am starting to work at 7am and knock off mainly after 6pm
