I have learned so much working for this company

What I can say about my current work is that it is very challenging, it's a 24/7 job and there is little rest. I work constantly with my client to ensure all things goes to plan. At the moment I have 11 guys working under me and we make a great team. My region has been the best performers for the last 2 months. What i have learned is that do not take anything for granted, follow through and do not expect things just to solve itself, when you start something follow though till it closed. What I enjoy the most is to see me region performing above the rest. The most challenging part of my work is to keep the client happy as that is very difficult but I do succeed in doing so.

I am a hard working individual who possesses good time management skills, very motivated and passionate, having an ability to work outdoors and comprehend well with people of any age. I worked at Tshwane Fm as a Radio presenter for three years before I joined Telecommunications industry. I have my own vehicle. I am looking forward to working in your company. Good experience and working condition.

cja telecommunications is a big company,they have more than 400 employees.facilities are great and they care for their employees.they accumate big contracts and provide more job opportunities.I don't have more words but I enjoyed working here and I received numerous experience and for that am thankful.

Pros: promotion's happens offenly

Excellent working space

it is a family feel company, you feel warmth, the colleagues are friendly and the bosses interests you more in learning about the history, vision and mission of CJA. this company cares for their clients. the most challenging days in CJA are when there is no electricity and when the LAN is acting up because we fail to meet the customer requirements.

Pros: Teaches accountability and intergrity
Cons: We ain't allowed to use the WiFi for personal use.

Good learning

Its interesting working in this department, everything you do or need its always pressured and working under pressure is what i do best. Cja gave me the ability to express, or to corvert my hobby into being my professional skill
