Not stimulated at all

I have taken this job, because of the fact that when we moved to Cape Town, I did not get the chance to do what I did my Whole career. I love people, I am a hard worker, and I am also feel that everything must be organized and the day we spent at work, must end the target you set yourself. I have learn a different technique and taught the others what to look out for in CL Trading. I have taught them how to take control of their stock and how to organise schedules to make the most of productivity. I have learn from them also in many ways.

Pros: At this company..there is no futher possibilities for me
Cons: Not long working hours, but no space for growth

Not stimulated

I have learned from them a difernt approach of doing things but I have teach them how to organized and control stock and how to work as a team. There is no Challenge for me in this postion

The work is not challeging.

The time I have spent at my present job, was totally new to me. Totally different from what I have done in the past. The work is physical, you have to be there all the time to keep things and personnel in " running mode". The value of stock in and out means money for the business and therefor is my priority to manage the whole setup. I am glad that I had the opportunity to experience this different side of life... but I am really want to do the admin work again as I did earlier as Manager ( see my CV) The salary I am currently earned does not support all the finial costs.

Pros: none
Cons: on my feet , all the day long ( 10 minute break for lunch) from 8 - 17h30
