Target driven, customer centricity is my strong point..

Working at my company currently its very intresting and challenging at the same time. As its retail i deal with different customers everyday with different attitudes,moods. some are angry some happy but it takes a true peoples person to understand and how to change ones mood and make them feel good on a particular day. And it helped me to build a relationship with my customers to a level that when im not there they would rather wait for me to be there because of the service provided. My co workers are just a lovely bunch of people we treat each other like family and support each other at all time. The most challenging part of my job is dealing with a customer that is not in a good mood. But with the experience accumulated in the past years i have learned how to make my customer's happy.

Pros: Been promoted to handle a bigger store n earn more commission
Cons: Weekends and public holidays one has to work

Love interacting with people .

Everyday is different due to being a roaming consultant.With my friendly nature I get along with all colleagues.Preparing and merchandising counter for clients .Hygiene is utmost important .

Pros: Great opportunity for growth

I'm very friendly and knows how to speak to people

I get along with anyone I'm a hard worker I have a target I have to achieve every month last months target was 153,000 and I made 166,000.i enjoy working with customers speaking to them and giving great service seeing them walk out with a smile.

Learning experience

Taught me to deal with rejection. Taught me to be confident around people. The company as a whole is an excellent one. The people that are employed within it are very good at what they do as well as with each other. As a whole it's a good company, the salary could be increased though

Learned a lot of with designer fragrances

Training schedule Bonus at end of year Working hours Leave days Free medical aid Allocation every 3months Good area manager, went different places for training and launches . Experienced different types of fragrances at different locations at higher places like melrose arch African pride hotel. All leave days were available including religious leave. Free funeral cover from hollard funeral.and free medical aid
