The brand has a rich history which is what has had me working for so many years....the products really work smells divine too and reasonably priced...The company itself particularly in South Africa is not on par as the rest of the world not sure why but feel it has a lot to do with a lack of management skills leadership and failure to listen and ask employees what they grievances are and what can be improved moving forward....They do not help grow & develop they staff they prefer to always bring new people into the company who leave in a few months time or year It is a ongoing pattern that I have observed...I have been lucky however to have meet wonderful people over the years good spirits indeed...They uphold the values that’s ckarins is all about it is a pity that there’s too much red tape and unfairness that leads to a lot of resignations.Proper training not given as should
Pros: Allocation of the products every quater for free.Guranteeed Bonus every year
Cons: No opportunities given internally for promotion unless favored experience and knowledge not considered .Salary increases not that great even if you a performer very demotivating...No skill development is in place to help grow employees
