Effectiveness & efficiency with quality and best costs

Working for Clicks has been a wonderful experience. The day to day challenges as a store maintenance manager have been an opportunity for my growth, in terms of ability to effectively deliver on projects. My role involves liaising with various stake holders, namely: Store Managers/Regions & Area Managers, Regional Executives, contractors, Landlords and direct internal subordinates. I am fascinated in being able to resolve maintenance challenges through effective quality solutions at negotiated costs and thus meet projects budget. I am responsible to ensure that the relations among the stake holders is promoted through effective communication.

Excellent communication and leadership
