Yes working at clientele life insurance was a great learning curve and gaining lots of experience.

Pros: Working at Clientele Life insurance was like a dream come true the life around the office park was very fun and we were indeed a family, there is growth with in the company after you have been there for more than two years, the social gatherings amazing part cos we get to know each other very well.
Cons: The working hours were very long and the fact that we use to work seven day means less time for family, the other disadvantage was that should you not reach your target bench mark your basic salary was reduced to a certain amount which was less compared to your normal basic salary.

At Clientele Life Insurance i gained a lot of sales working experience.
Working at Clientele was a very great experience each and every morning i was looking forward on waking up and go the work,yes the job was a bit challenging it just wanted you to be in control and give it your best,the family hood i had with co-workers was out of this world because you felt home away from home.
Pros: The family hood we had with my peers
Cons: Long working hours and working seven days a week.

Excellent learning curve
Working at Clientele was a very great opportunity, working under alot of pressures,, learned to adherence & time management, working as a team is always good as we think differently & those ideas help to meet deadlines & reach service level and built good relationship with my colleagues, the most challenging part was to type while listening to client instructions & have to take the next call after a second whilw you still to capture full instructions & wrap up, it was always hectic & exhausting at times, I enjoyed being available for clients and give them help they need at all times.
Pros: Great opportunity & learning curve
Cons: Too much pressure

Excellent in sales consultant
I studied at motheo FET Collage in the field of marketing marketing and one of the subjects was sales management which was very interesting and fortunately worked as a sales representative at clientele life insurance and was promoted as a team leader in the Northern Cape Kimberley for 2 years. I would like to move up the coprative leather and grow with other company an a heard working individual and prove myself to industry.
Pros: Great opportunity in selling a product and having full knowledge of the product
Cons: Working long hours to make more money for myself
