The entity has equipped me with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a short space of time.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Identify threats and opportunities in the trends identified in patient satisfaction and develop plans to address or optimize them. Assist with planning and execution of all staff engagements. This include but not limited to: Engage with immediate stakeholder in an attempt to identify any constrains that may hinder smooth quality healthcare service delivery. Arrange annual events in accordance with the health events calendar and plan for the wellness events. Contact meetings with surrounding GPS so that all the problems encountered from the facility can be addressed in a timeous manner and prevent future similar problems from arising. Market the entity internally by communicating any developments with the staff and ensure that their aware of what is expected from them by both the entity and its clients.
Pros: multicultural and diverse.
Cons: Lack of personal engagement and development.
