Great working remotely - own time management. Very productive. Still work as a "team". Company had great repertoire with the customers. All was good if all team members did their bit. Does not always happen, unfortunately.

Cloud direct has no culture

No culture No support from management Racial Micro managers No proper training provided We never get lunch breaks No kpi's People with no experience are promoted

Pros: free alcohol for 1 hr on a Friday
Cons: You will always be micro managed. No professional management
