Excellent learning curve

I started working in July 2014 but came January 2015 I was on top of my game, my team started gelling and we managed to decrease the returns by 40% and the sales went up by 30%.I have learned a lot especially from the ordering systems to POS and I enjoy daily customers challenge and I have also managed to build a firm relationship between the store management and my key account managers which benefit us a lot when it comes to new SKU listing and making sure the right exposure is achieved, our market share has increased and we have gained more forward share across the whole range of product.

Pros: I have been nominated to represents my region and to undergo a management course where each region select the best field merchandiser
Cons: Long trading hours but every hour gives me an opportunity to make a sale

Work starts early at 6am to get to your destination at 8. Visit 13 clients . Relationship with co-workers was great as we all understood what our roles were and always helped each other when we needed it Hardworking will take you far Interacting with clients on a high level and being able to display my sales records Being promoted was the most challenging as new comers would be promoted before us due to Relationship with upper management a day

I am looking for an unique opportunity in which I'll be adequately challenged and compensated.

Enjoying to connect CIP after every litres WWE runs. I've been on contract for 5yrs. Working as a team means a lot to me. From blunder to filler and krones to shrink wrap machine is what I have enjoyed the most. And I managed to learn to operate them all.

Pros: No great opportunity there
Cons: Normal hours 8hours

Excellent learning experience

I i was hired on a permanent basis but wi was hired by the company on a permanent basis but when I signed the contract it was on a yearly contract basis and now I am available immediately for work as my contract ended last year en signed my contract it was contrat basis, those white managers manipulate the workers and bullies them

Cons: White monopoly management

Good at my job

The company i work for ia currently logistics as well and customer service based My duties require me to call clients for orders and aragne route closure for trucks to be loaded to do deliveries for the next day I work for 8 to 4.30 I have pensions fund and also we have a medical aid option Thats what i currently do

Cons: Work environment very tence for 8 hours excluding the lunch

Hardworking willing to start from the bottom

Due to the fact that I was working with bottom end customers for the past two years everyday is a challenge language barrier is also one off of the bride I need to overcome daily deals is whato the fact that we working what they want and and I hade to make ways to let the basket increase staff that worked under me had a wonderful relationship with than as we reached our target daily if not I will come up with a plan to make sure that we make up for our short falls
