Learning curve

As a production manager Im responsible for the end to end process of bottling mineral water and flavoured water. This involves labour resources allocation, raw material balancing,waste analysis and productivity. This is viewed against set targets and action taken immediately when there is deviations. Communication,discipline coaching and counselling is the order of the day with employees. Forecasting and planning ahead with engineering team,quality and planning team forms the core of business activities.
