I enjoy working at my current job as it helps me grow and gain working experience
Working at my current company has taught me that each team member is as important as the top management. The most challenging aspect I've faced so far is having to deal with lots of delivery struck and you find that we don't have enough space for all the struck. I've learnt that creating a good working relationship with ur Co workers is the best way to get your team to the their jobs. What I enjoy most is counting the stock when I'm receiving it and also during stocktaking.

Exellent learning curve
Exellent learning curve and less hours worked so it result to employees been paid less money...how ever the holidays in december boost us a little because we then afford to do some basics that we can't do with ojr monthly salaries

ry issues or management issues. For me that stands out in myself included we all learn something new every day To see a person grow and achieve under my leadership is the best achievement every day. Working in PNP channel the most challenging is stock issues if it runs through DC for P'nP the stock availability and building a rate of sale is definitely a issue that makes every day a challenge. Buyers and cams not pulling stock through as needed issues. For me that stands out in myself included we all learn something new every day To see a person grow and achieve under my leadership is the best achievement every day. Learning experience
Well it's a day to day job. That need someone who knows how to handle pressure. Most of the time we deal with customers. Rendering service to them. Some may come as difficult but the passion of giving service to them is beyond measures. I for one I love being at the front line of things showing them how valuable they are to us and also making them smile. Its makes my work easier knowing that they got what they came for and they are leaving with a smile.
Pros: It a great that I get to learn about different languages and how people differ
Cons: The challenges is that even though you work hard the person who suppose to see how hard you work and promote you comes only once a month

I've learned to work under pressure and fall in love with merchandising
It was a very nice company and my rap was so selfless and I enjoyed working with them a lot and I believe they are heroes because they give inexperienced people a chance

Started as sales Rep and now field sales manager the best lot of people to work with
I am passionate about what I do. I love working and teaching people. I'm very hands on and believe in lead by example. You are only as week as your weakest link.

Excellent leadership
Working for CMR Meridian is a good thing and management are very good and they are always helpful, I've learnt a lot since I joined CMR Meridian and i have become a good responsible person without being supervised that the most amazing company I ever worked for.

Excellent opportunity
Managing staff, making sure targets reachedman,managing staff with theur daily tasks, making sure our daily targets are reached, making sure all stores are merchandised as per plano's. Working closely with suppliers

Excellent
I pack stuff that comes with trucks at the store that am working at its a whole sale store. Manager's are always after machandisers and making them do stuff that they should be doing and when their no sales they turn to bully merchandizers and threatened them that they will chase them away.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
