Excellent communication

It was good to work at Coastal Hire if it wasn't because of the contract I would be still working there. The staff is so friendly easy to learn and always friend, working together as a team and work hard teach each other about new things that we don't under stand. The most challenging part is to leave my job and my team it was so hard but I have to leave the company because of the contract. Thank you.

Excellent communication

It was very enjoyable to work with the staff of Coastal Hire from the staff to the management, an understanding working team and friendly, easy to learn and able to work hard it was so wonderful if it wasn't for my contract I would be still working. I have learnt to communicate with clients/ customers and staff also. The worst part is to leave the staff we were a family, it wasn't easy but I had to. Thank you

Good

Its a busy place,we work as a team we understand each other and I learn more from them like doing service on machines learnt how to speak to customers I enjoy ther cause everything we do as a team like we help each other,the most challenging aspects is break down of the machine

Pros: I never get any promotion

Workimg at coastal hire has been an utmost pleasure and i have been very privelaged to work here.

Great company. Great staff. Great working enviroment and a great learning experience in tools and machinary comcerning building material and small plant hire

Excellent communication

It was great opportunity to work at Coastal hire with a lovely staff and management. I have leant a lot, customer communication and to work under pressure. I enjoyed every moment we were having with the staff the jokes and sharing experience teaching each other. The worst part is to leave them but I had to go because of the contract

I am a an experienced, driver with multiple skills that can benefit your company apart from driving.

My main duty as a driver was to deliver and collect equipment to and from customers. I was driving around the whole day, load and offload equipment, testing equipment before it's delivered to customers. I was also doing the proper paperwork.

Pros: There were slim chances for promotion
Cons: There were long working hours because it was busy

Excellent learning in all positions

I love day to day challenges I am loyal and trustworthy I am a fast learner and enjoy new programs I like to know everything in the business and to assist others I enjoy working and learning new things

Pros: Hard working to get an promotion or bonus
Cons: Do not mind for long hours
