Teaches you to be tougher than you think.

I enjoy the challenges to push myself to learn more and more daily. Getting the job done to have peace of mind is important to me. Honesty, integrity and being fair to all employees is very important to me because the way I handle employees is how I would want to be treated. What I do not like is the fact that I am currently eating less but doing two peoples jobs who has left and has not been replaced. Yet I have been persistent working longer hours than ever to get the job done.

Pros: The fact that I enjoy challenges, and hooe that this will result in my employers recognizing my true value and being paid a market related package rather than benchmarking.
Cons: Long hours for sure, trying to be professional when you have a particular manager always trying to create a bad working environment, doing two extra peoples job but earning my minimal salary.
