Excellent learning curve

Cognia law is a great legal company which gives a great experience in the legal financial sector.We work with banks a lot. We travel all over the would on different projects on different sectors which gives me a greater experience in different legal sectors.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours but i am comfortable

Good for starting out

Great company to work for to get a bit of corporate exposure if you are lacking, but long term growth is practically non-existent. Hence, it's ideal for attorneys who don't get retained after articles, or for those looking for something a bit out of the ordinary. One could end up doing the same job with the same title for 5 years with no end in sight.

Cons: Little to no long-term growth
