Excellent learning experience

I am in charge of the tool room so I fall under middle management. I plan and execute maintenance aspect of all tooling. I order parts and work with suppliers.

Experienced FD

I am an experienced FD with manufacturing experience. My background comprises brick, sugar, clothing, food and water manufacturing. I have been responsible for finance, supply chain, IT and commercial. I also had an opportunity to act as ceo for 5 months where I was responsible for operations and capital projects.

Pros: Good experience
Cons: Too much interference from the board
