Its nice to work at collective dynamic the only thing is you work on commission only there is so basic salary its not easy to reach that R10.000 a month but u have to work hard and strive to reach your gaols

Great learning curve

great opportunity to work with people from all walks of life. experienced how to deal with irate clients. ombudsman queries e.t.c. i learnt to work under pressure and to make decisions. customer satisfaction was key and learnt to manage both telephonic clients as well as walk in clients.

Challenging and exciting to speak to people from different nations everyday

Every member in a team is working with less supervision, because they passionate and driven with their work and myself of course
