Not so good

When I first started I thought to myself, great stuff, sounds like a fantastic company to work for and there is growth which at that point what I was looking for, a company where u can actually grow with and a nice working environment. Well to my surprise it was the opposite of what I thought. Not a very good working environment, u get treated like...., and u work so hard and that for nothing not even a Thank you which is always welcome., and now I have to work for most of the owners company's do all there personal things in my personal time and not even a Thank you, or a bonus. I have been working here for three years where my salary has not changed in two years. I leave all my work to go help out if someone else is off sick, my work gets behind and at the end of the day it's my own problem because no one cares. I start work sometimes at 07H00 in the morning, They don't treat their staff right. Not a company I would recommend to anyone.

Tasks and Duties

Answering all incoming calls Allocate all cash and card payments made Follow-up with orders; call dates to clients (payments and order updates) Allocate outstanding batches etc. Book and confirm clients’ delivery dates/days etc. Data Capture of Daily Card Payments and Cash-Ups General Admin duties; copying, typing, filing etc. Co-workers (exact same position) act as though they are in a more senior position and are incompetent in their work.

Pros: Short travel distance
Cons: Co-workers and Manager are immature and rude
