Productive and a growth field

Working in CMT has created a huge growth for development in my work experiential life. I have been able to apply what I have learnt at the university to the working field. As the organization has many projects.,but you are given an opportunity to be flexible as possible.,that's from being a facilitator, leason officer.,community mobiliser, campagne organiser to being a referal officer. Which makes me say it confidently that I'm a perfect facilitator and a community practitioner.

Pros: Exelent field for growth
Cons: Loads of work
