Good learning curve, but not using my full potential

I would rather not say, the company does well but unfortunately has a lot of unfair labor practices and high staff turnover. Therefore i will discuss this company with any interviewer, but not on such a public forum.

Cons: no room for growth and unfair labor practices

Excellent

At my company every is fine people treat each other with respect. Our directors are very strictly when it come to man dates. The salary is really not enough and there is favoritism, you earn more when you're closed to HR.

Pros: There are no promotions
Cons: Not in my department
