Good place

Great place to work. Good atmosphere. Good pay. Management not so great. Culture is strange. There is just prromises for promotions. Long hours and really fast paced work environment. Expects you to do everything at once. They do have favourites peple that gets promoted

Expanded my knowledge of service management! The Client Success Manager’s (CSM) key function is to retain and support the growth of client portfolios through effective and well managed service delivery. Fulfill the role of a single client touch point and key custodian of relationships internally and externally, including clients and support teams, for the coordination and delivery of services to the client. The CSM analyses client portfolios to identify risks to service continuation, report on revenue, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and enhance service delivery for client growth and retention.rvice management!

Excellent Learning curve

Co-Workers are great as they always try to help. I have learned a lot, especially the integration between the ServiceNow and ITSM application. Challenging aspect is when knowledge is not being updated.

Supporting customers remotely, I have gathered a strong skill for communication both verbally and written due to numerous troubleshoots and consultations with vendors and 3rd parties.

Excellent

Compuacenter is an UK company with more than 10K employees. It is a UK company with customers from all over the world. I love working for the company but as an individual you need to grow and change environments at some point in life, No one wants to be in one place for more than 2 years
