PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - Project planning as per budge set by the client and business - Co-ordinating the team to accomplish the deadlines and targets - Project monitoring and evaluation - Update all project related info on the database on a daily basis - Supervise the assigned subordinates ensuring that all tasks related to the project is followed (Stock control, and allocations, returns, job cards, test results - Billing for relevant project is sent to head office – monthly OFFICE ADMIN - Filing of attendance register weekly - Overtime and standby is completed and submitted to H/O monthly - General office duties - Stock control - Logging and tracking of maintenance calls - Creating IPO’s - Tracking and facilitation of courier requests for the Eastern Cape - Admin for SHE requirements - Submitting Job cards to head office - Facilitating all surveys for the Eastern Cape, capturing info on Kissflow - ACCPAC training and use on a daily basis

Challenging work environment but interesting, it could have been nice that we could have regular meetings to discuss the type of challenges and way forward on improving our operations. The staff are very good people to work around. The challenges is that we are unable to take the decisions as the employees and we are bind by the SLA that clients are abusing. The company has tough me a lot in dealing with the with the wireless connection and how to troubleshoot that service. Its just the company its self does not have the proper structure to accommodate both the client and its employees.

Great opportunity

Ntebogang is a punctual employee that is willing to work overtime if needs be to reach my deadline. Reconciling accounts is an everyday routine and being in contact with vendors as well. I work great with my colleagues and assist when I am done with my work. I am a team player and love working with others. I enjoy capturing and reconciling accounts. I am enthusiac enployee

Growth opportunity

Great opportunity to work closely in the Wireless space of the telecommunications industry. Close knit team always will to help and support each other. Lots of travelling to work closely with reseller relations ; training and incentivising their staff for maximum output. Overall a great all round opportunity.
