Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working with my co-workers, we have a good relationship and understanding towards each other. Currently i am working with High School Discipline which is very challenging as for you see something new every day. We call hearings for those who steps way out of line,regards discipline and need i to say more about all the other aspects as to way these hearings are called. I love challenges and this is a good learning curve as to how to discipline your own children at home as well.

Excellent life experience

I enjoy working with the children, and i find it interesting to see how they have grown each year to be better people. Some of them keep on doing what they are doing. I enjoy having an influence on a students life and to see that could have helped him/her to be a better person. My co-workers are wonderful people who work as a team to build our students to be good people with kind hearts. The most challenging aspect of my job is struggle to transform a stubborn student's behavior to change. I have learnt that it doesn't matter where you come from a person/ student's behavior can change if they set their mind to it.
