Excellent place to grow your knowledge in building

Great people to work with. Energy is high. Lots of fun. But lack of leadership. Bad managing. A bit frustrating at times. Unnecessary pressure on sub contractors.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn.
Cons: Site is generally chaos with nobody knowing what to do

Excellant atmosphere. Friendly and approachable

I am friendly and a go to person on site. I have a sound relationship with all co-workers and contractors. the challenging aspect on my last project was to settle the final accounts on sub contracts. I was working alone on a R 460 Million contract and with 90 Contractors to settle was a challenge.

Pros: friendly environment
Cons: long hours

Excellent Learning Curve

i receive all drawing everyday and update master copies and issue to relevant persons on site, i update finishing program by walking on site and record the progress per room to see how are we are from handing over. i have a very great relationship with all the employees as they come to m for any queries regarding drawings and revisions for drawing and copies.

Pros: have good reputation
Cons: normal working hours
