Best experience one can ask for

i have spend +10 years at Consulmet, mind you it is my first ever professional job as draughtsman everything I know Consulmet thought me. every time when i come to work am always ready for action and prepare myself for working after hours just to finish a day's job. at Consulmet as an engineering draughtsman you do everything i mean every discipline in drawing you do, eg design a layout do steelwork supports, chute work, piping and civils. all is from engineer specifications and i translate that to design drawings. the whole company looks up to me for drawing and applying engineerings specs on all conveyors. i run the content center library for conveyors.

Pros: Great Company for learning
Cons: No direct discipline, you do all

Reason for leaving is that I will be getting Married and moving to Durban

I have had but tremendous assistance in settling in. The only reason I have to leave them in such a short time span is because I have decided to get married and live in Durban with my husband. I wish I didnt have to leave the company but I have no other option as the comany does not have a branch in Durban for me to take a transfer.

Pros: its a good company listens to staff
Cons: Too much unnecessary paper work

ConsulmetSa is an excellent company to work for with support from Management and other s helpful all the time to achieve the required goals. Had a wonerful relatuionship with co-workers

Pros: Can work alone also with team member
Cons: Travelling to remote areas of Africa
