Fullfiling Journey

It is a great experience to work with my team. The team spirit is high very high in the office. We relate well with my colleagues. I have leant a lot from my team and also learnt a lot from me. I have a good relationship with all my team member. I enjoy a social in our company where we go out to a restaurant with all my team.

Getting to see everything

Being in the energy sector I get to see everything. Energy covers all industry from the simple light bulb upgrade to complex production changes. Coming from a manufacturing and power plant construction background, none of that compares to the exposure of the energy buiseness. Coming across new technology some times needs brain storming sessions. Learned alot of project management application and chising the correct approach for different projects.

Pros: Getting to learn far more than the average career
Cons: Unstable

Excellent learning curve

I have just completed my Masters in Cybersecurity on a fulltime basis with IE Business School in Madrid. It has been a great journey learning the effects and benefits of cyber in the current landscape. i have enjoyed the diversity of the class as there were 14 different nationalities, all with different backgrounds. But we managed to work through team work, which is critical in the current cyber space. The most challenging aspects were projects that were were allocated to resolve for different companies. Some did not have IT background, but we had to understand one another to move forward and teach one another to win as a team. Some could not catchup at the same speed

Pros: Great opportunity for networking
Cons: Sleepless nights
