My wish is to make my company to improve and to love my job and working harder , i never mind to working over time and im not a late comer because i respect my job

Understand the organisation

Consupaq is deal with a plastic container. we were doing containers of cosmetic body lotion, powder and ECT. I was checking quality of a container like the color, printing and ect. I have gained experience, knowledge to work under big organisation, work as a team and so many things. Also working shifts 12 hours a day even though was challenging.
