Good customer service and drive sales

Greeting customer as they enter the store and thank them as the leave the store. Respect and honest is very important as a team good communication skills and having meeting as a team to discuss about what we going to do to take the company to the next level and also make our customer always feel warm welcome when they entered in our organization. Helping customer for what they need and make suggestions. Mowing the product you selling is also important because you will be able to demonstrate product to the customer.

I like challenges and I want to grow my skills and Lear more from your company. I am a team player and I enjoy working with people.what I learn most challenging is when we not communicating and coming with different ideas. To have meeting every morning before we start working discussing something things mostly like reaching target and to our job in a professional way I think it is the key to take company to the high level.
