Excellent learning curve

I would like growth within the company structure as well as opportunity. I did not have much opportunity as I reached what they call the glass ceiling. I am a dedicated and fast learning employee. I embrace challenges as I believe it helps us grow as individuals. I don't believe there is a task too big to handle as long as you equip yourself with the correct tools and face it head on.

Cons: Always on standby

Moderate learning

Hard to work at as you always wrong even when you right. No time to spend with family. No space for growth within the company. Good quality product being manufactured all the time... staff still working under agent. Unhappy staff. The management seems like they only concerned about themselves

Pros: get paid weekly
Cons: not permanent

It's a very good company to work at but there is no growth in the company

I had a i had a great relationship with my co-workers.very I have learned Alot about management and gained Alot experience. I enjoy help my staff and motivational them and give speeches.

Pros: Great to gained experience and learning if interpersonal skills and knowledge to manage staff
Cons: Empty promises
