Cons: No benefits, no 13th cheque, no overtime paid, no room for growth for me

No room for growth

Looking for better job opportunities as there is no room for growth here, looking to move to a bigger company where there's benefits and where I can gain more experience. Looking for new challenges, I can work well under pressure and handle stress very well. I work well in a team as well as alone

Excellent learning curve.

A typical work day requires me to work on monthly content, SEO content and conceptual writing. I have a professional relationship. I've learned a lot about writing content that sells. I enjoy the challenge of working on new brands. The most challenging part is getting people to work together well on a project.

Pros: You'll get to be a jack of all trades.
Cons: But it will be difficult to master one trade because at times you'll be spread thin.

Can juggle multiple tasks while still ensuring that client band company goals are met

My company is okay, I feel that I can be happier elsewhere and gain more experience outside my current company. I’m a learner at heart and I just want to gain more knowledge outside of where I’m working.

Pros: Great way to gain work experience
Cons: Long hours, unfair pay
