Client services, attend to client query, invoice goods out for customers do petty cash, budget for the month, order demo supplies, do monthly stock take, do bootstock count, quality assure order forms submited by agents, captures the order forms on excel deal sheet, scan and send to neccessary departments, forward any discliplinary matter to the HR department, conveying correspondences to relevent managers, ensure filing is up to date, call clients to confirm infor, attend to walkin clients, ensure that stock room is clean, ensure that the office looks proffessional.

Lots of experience

A good company to work for with lots of opportunities. I have learned a lot in terms of self discipline. The working environment is fun and challenging at the same time. They host annual awards to recognize hard workers.
