A typical day at work starts with emsails,meetings, follow up on orders, Filinthereg, admin, security checks, stock loss, customer service and staff welfare. I believe that happy staff create happy customers that creates sales. Integrity is very important.

Pros: Promotion is possible but not if you stay in kler

Will to go extra mile

Any shift is fine i work as middle manger first line supervisor also assist manager and exspierance and ensure all production areas run at optimun capacity with the maximum output within the quality standards through leadership and motivation of staff.

Pros: working normal shift and overtime when required

Great company to work for,though company policies and procedures are not stable. Work culture in the Bloemfontein branch it is not healthy as it is managed by a immature supervisor

I learn lots of things at coricfart they training us othr jobs we where producing 100+ couches i was injoyingthe Jo each and evry day the manager treat um good also supervisor
