Perfect learning curve

-To work under my company is interesting because you manage your own time and make sure to deliver on time what is required. -Typical day is where a client will need to cancel her/his policy and need refund where is not possible. and/ or a client walk in to make a claim on Thursday after 14h00 and expect the claim to pay on Friday because they are disparate and is a burial day. -My relationship with co-worker is good, we teach each other works, training is a bonus. -I have learn that keeping our client happy make me happy at the end of the day. -I enjoyed most when client come back or phone to say thank you for your assistance -most challenging is where sales team didn't reach targets and as a team I need to help them to push hard on sales to reach targets.

We have busaries to assist us to study, there are opportunities of intenships etc

The most challenging aspect of my job is paying claims especial if there is a holiday, it become so tense. in my company we call each other family, you can imagine there relationship of brother and sister. what I enjoy most is giving clients advices when they want to take a drastic step of cancelling a policy without a valid reason, to put a smile in somebody face is what I enjoy most. when is a typical day at work what I have learn is to relax and become calm.
