I am not currently employed. I last worked as an intern at Cornerstone church.

A day started off with half an hour coffee time. Thereafter we had devotional time in which one person on the team would share something that God had put on their heart. Thereafter we had courses aka. God given singleness, Christ centered life etc... We would then do ministry at schools for an hour, come back and do another course until lunch. After lunch we had time for bible study and then we had workout time. Not every day looked like this. Some weeks we had to set up for events, set down for events, serve at events( eg coffee shop, baby sitting/looking after children). Some days we had to prepare for sermons and compile a message. Other days we would evangelize in the malls. It was a very character building year, as I had to work in a team of 18 individuals with different nationalities and cultures. The year equipped me with a servant heart. My relationship with the Lord also grew.

Pros: Character development
Cons: Not really a con but long working hours

Learning Curve

the problem with working for Cornerstone churchc is that the salary is actually not liable. I have been here for 5 years and still earn less than 10 000. the actual working space is cool.

Great Character Development environment.

The environment is super hectic and busy, I work on official and nonofficial working hours even on weekends, we are understaffed but we do whatever it takes to win. we work well together as a team and we enjoy what we do. I definitely enjoy seeing the growth of the organization, and how my contribution through leadership, marketing and training has led to this growth.

Pros: Great for relationship management, marketing, finance and leadership skills
Cons: Not paid enough according to the work I do.

Excellent place to learn anything
