A normal working day Good relationship with co workers I have learned alot The most challenging aspects is that there is no opportunity for growth I have bee applying for thr Estate managers position but all to no avail

Assisting Head of department with making a safe environment for children enrolled in aftercare

Good working environment, supportive colleagues, line managers supportive in decisions in improving you skills in and around school environment, health and safety training always conducted for all staff
