Deadline driven, never missed a deadline. Team player but work on my own. Love working with the people and doing my job. Learn to be patient and stick to my deadlines. All day busy with 15 companies pay runs to do. Have a good relationship with my co-workers. The most challenging aspect of my job is to get all the input in time from the respective people.

Individual development

Great company to work with lots of pressure and plenty room for improvement aent. Executive is very supportive and helpful and always willing to help should you show competence and personal. This is a company that focuses on individual development that is aligned to your job at grow with lots

Pros: Very much expanding company with great management.

it was an excelent company to work for,great salary,no benefits though example medical aid, until the management had changed and then things changed within the company

Excellent group exposure in HR/IR/T&D

Great knowledge and extended expertise on entire HR Generalist Field. Excellent people skills, union negotiation skills and management skills. I have the energy , drive, ethos and resilience that will add value to any organization. My dynamic personality and ability to mentor staff and management alike in order to achieve operational excellence is my strength.
