Excellent learning

I am a hard worker and self motivated person who is a fast learner and not afraid to take any challenge, I believe in tr rather than failing to try. I am a team player who like to share ideas within the organization. My challenge is when I am under pressure and no one is willing to assist me, dealing with difficult customer.

Learning curve

I am very friendly with all my co-workers, I learn a lot from them and hopefully wish they learn from me as well. I have to deal face to face with clients on a daily bases, try to convince them to take deals and contracts, I have to convince clients to take out cell insurance and buy accerories I find it easy though, if I were getting paid more for the job im doing I would consider staying, but I set goals and would love to reach those goals.

Pros: commion based company
Cons: 45 hours a week

There are career

It is not that bad to work for MTN and we work very well, there is communication at our workplace and teamwork is very strong. We work under pressure, long hours,weekends and public holidays we also working.what I learn is how to handle queries and also dealing with customer is not an easy thing to do.The thing is if you don't reach your monthly target you will only get a basic salary.

Pros: you can apply for other positions in other stores as well.
Cons: we work for 10 hours a day
