I have learned telephone skills and good communication skills, typing skills, working under pressure, meeting dead lines, I enjoy to be challenged everyday, I have learnt to work in speed communicating with people from the councel and also with the project managers.

Good team player, open and honest, hard working, confidentiality and have integrity skills.

I am a good team player, I have learned that even if difficult situations all things shall come to pass, I only have to believe. I love learning new things. Challenges drive me.

Establishing own business

The company undermines potential of a black person A typical work day you'll give full potential the boss will not recognise the good you put but will give feedback only when there's a flop and will regard flop as weakness you will not be given chance to improve on flops. Too much autocratic

Excellent working environment.

Attending to client complaints. Driven work culture. Always looking for new ideas to improve working conditions and product. Assist Marketing to resolve any concerns with clients. Interact with contractors and sub-contractors.Learnt to priorities urgent work task. Enjoy the different cultures on site and communities. Doing quality inspections. Address al retention work or emergency complaints.Excellent relationships with co-workers. Most challenging aspects are to resolve or find solutions to any risk.

To be good at my work

like interacting with people. Good communicator, team work is what I am good at. I have learnt to work under pressure and meets targert.if I met my deadline is the enjoyable moment for me.Challenges is if I don't have the working materials.
