Excellent One on One Client management learning place
We deal with inventory Stock take Cashier Greeting/Welcoming Telephone Inquiries One on One Sales Up-selling Computer literate tasks Tasks are broad , One could be learning a new thing from a task one is already familiar with everyday. Reconciling Statements for the day are always tricky as we need to look to overcome cons of the previous day everyday.

A bit of me and my development!
I'm eager to always learning, extremely inquisitive! Am a fast learner and always wanting to learn a step ahead if where I am. Was given the opportunity to be the field / area visual merchandiser for the entire Cape town region(was in charge of the 5 stores of factorie). This all while a sales assistant, part time student and then key holder for the second biggest store in the western Cape. When that ended I was given the chance to move to another store at the assistant store manager. I'm a team player and started early in my career with helping out at the flagship store, even having the opportunity to open and run the shift independently there all while being a sales assistant. I love to help and am sometimes, a bit too loyal!

Good learning curve
Working at cotton on has taught me great customers experience, good relationship with customers and staff, not so good growth in my side I feel that I am being used to carry a position that I am not being paid or getting allowance for but over all it as good environment to work in and would love to grow on

Learning curve
Working in retails is an extreme sport . It requires someone who’s versatile yet humble and energetic. So many things test ones perseverance and humility within the industry, however it’s a great learning curve for me with regards to confidence as I didn’t have much confidence when I started working here but now it has been boosted

le,git was a good company to work for,mu relationship with my co workers was a very good one, I enjoyed working with different types of culture an race meeting new people ,different and difficult customer,,the most challenging aspects is that the are no promotions. ood customer service well spoken,

Great experience
Great experience to work with an excellent dynamic team with integrity. I have learnt to be a leader and guide myself on daily basis on all the duties that are expected from me, stay consistent to customer service and all the KPIs of the business. The most challenging part about the job is to deal with difficult customers that don't always agree to the policies of the business. I enjoy to drive the foundation Charity of the company.
