This is the job responsibilities as per contract (refer below).  Supporting Brand Management team in aligning with trade marketing and sales projects.  Research projects on topical issues currently facing the business,  Supporting the Marketing and Sales team with implementation of key initiatives across Africa  Supporting the Marketing and Sales teams to prepare key meetings and events.  Compiling and prepare Marketing and Sales team presentations.  Marketing and Sales team Team support in day-to- day business My relationships with my colleagues are fantastic. Without proper training (as a graduate) it is impossible for one to excel in the workplace. Having proper structure & policy in place is crucial. I loved the work environment, the people here & the work gifts we received often.The most challenging aspect was the slow growth opportunity.

Pros: Lovely people, very reputable company globally.
Cons: Job security for junior roles/interns as well as growth opportunities.
