I was driving a 8ton truck dilivering the tiles from difference places

I learnt a lot of thinhs in a company ti work with other, communication with other in different languages and a also learn how to manufacture tiles. I was enjoying to work the for the rest of my life, problem it was a temporary job

Pros: I was happy because what was making happy it just because when i wanted do something I was too close to my manager and supervisor they were friendly and sweat to each and everyone at work. I thot myb they can say they can extend my contract the way i was doing the my job.i was very sure they can do something to me
Cons: Long working hours i was having a problem because sometimes they didnt paid me for overtime

Excellent learning

My responsible is to maintain the plant machinery so that it performs well on daily basis The team I'm working with is a respond team when it comes to supporting each other even the management itself is very supportive ,and safety is the priority in this place What I have learn is, to earn a respect you have to treat one another with respect The most I have is to work very long hours

Pros: promotions not a problem, but pay
Cons: Long working hours
