I have learned a lot in this industry and am now doing my PHD

I managed to turn around the Human Capital in a short space of time - introduced the business partner model, automated the administration function and focused on leadership development for the institution. I also acted as the Vice Chancellor for a brief period and this is indicative that I learned a lot at the university.

Pros: Continuous learning is key
Cons: cant fault anything
