I teach people do work, do paper work, office work, attend meetings and learn everyday, promote to clients directly and draft down results for my team. I wake up at 3:30 am and sleep at 00:00

Days are not the same

I had the great work day and a very tiring as well . Most things i have learnt is working with people as customers and clients even with my co-workers. What i enjoyed the most was helping customers. The challenge was days are not the same and the don't go as expected

Excellent learning curve

It was good working in that environment where teamwork is encouraged. The job requires that one follows out a set system, so it creates many opportunities to learn something new. There are set out steps in which one can move up in the business. The way we are paid, per sale we make or new account we open, enables you to create your own success as measured against the goals you have set out for yourself. Perhaps the most challenging aspects of the job is the hours spent standing versus the returns one makes in a day. A welcomed growth and learning opportunity, and as a result moving forward I will take all that was learned with me.
