I am a dedicated hardworking individual willing to learn . I do my utmost best to make certain deadlines are meet. At b&b plumbing work can not be planned because queries and working with the sales guys is unpredictable. However I make sure that all my customers receive a call from me making sure that everything is in order for payment. We deal with plumbers and merchants. We are insured with credit guarantee. I do the declaration every month as well has all the claims . I have a good relationship with my colleagues. The most challenging part is when the debtor promised me payment and they have not done so and they send a letter to apologize its a huge problem affects our cash flow. A typical work day

.Do daily follow-ups on clients account Collecting on Commercial accounts Send Final letter of demand if account, is not paid in time despite serval collection attempts Hand clients over to CG (Credit Guarantee) for legal collection Approve and Decline customers/Staff orders on Marvel Prepare Clients credit note and refunds when necessary Ensure that clients SLA Report is up to date and accurate to prevent credit notes on the account.(Up sale or Down sale) Lease with (T/As) Technical Advisor on the accounts Handle Clients queries within turnaround time (24hrs) Assist and Lease with clients
