Good learning curve for Junior position

We help over indebted people with Rescinding/Cancelling of Debt Review, Admin Orders, Rescission of Admin Order, Removal of Judgments. I basically do court applications for clients who required services of Rescinding debt review, admin order and do debt collection. I call clients to arrange consultation and take instructions, compile all required documents, i make sure all CDA accounts are paid for on monthly bases, i do collections on clients who are failing to pay us. We work as Team most of the time, but sometimes we have to work independently I've learnt to appreciate Team work because working alone sometimes is stressing and delegation is important to make sure all the daily targets are achieved. I enjoy Consulting with clients to be able to get involved in their financial problems and come up with advises and solutions. Deadline is very challenging because i must compile a daily activity report to the CEO

Pros: Learning a lot about Legal, Consumer indebtedness and Consumer rights
Cons: late salary payments, long meetings and too much report

GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH CO-WORKS

OUR COMPANY IS A SMALL COMPANY, IT IS GROWING COMPANY. THE CHALLENGES IS THAT IT IS NOT EASY TO FIND OR RECRUITS CLIENTS BECAUSE OF THE SCAMS IN SOUTH AFRICA. GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS AND ALSO CLIENTS. I ENJOY WORKING OUT SIDE THE OFFICE, DOING MARKETING WITH MY TEAM, I HAVE LEARN HOW TO PRESENT OUR SERVICES TO PEOPLE.MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB , IS WHEN YOU NOT RECRUIT

Learning Curve

My typical day at work is to write a daily report and submit to my HOD. I work alone not supervised and all communication done via email and telephone with co-workers. I have learnt how to consult clients and also compile their files. I have enjoyed travelling to meet clients. Most challenging aspects of the job is the shortage of resources.

Pros: I have came to the company as client relations consultant and promoted in being a branch manager in 3 months.
Cons: Long hours every monday with no pay
