Was an opportunity to learn about insuring risk

The biggest problem with the company is that one needs to spend too much energy on perception management. Learning new technologies is your own responsibility. Very ridged and very old school. The biggest challenge is developing your own career. This makes one plan time and a working day with much more detail.

Personal Development

These last five years at CGIC have been excellent for learning and developing myself both, as an individual as well as knowledge in terms of businesses and the corporate world. A typical day at the office is a fast moving environment assessing risk and meeting a tie standard with regard to underwriting limits to meets my clients needs. There many other aspects such controlling and mentoring staff, training new staff as well as finding ways to improve the product.

Team player

I work closely with brokers, printers companies and suppliers on our social responsibility plus community where we donate. I have learned from our Marketing head and Team Leader. I attended the website designer meetings. Studying towards my Marketing degree with IMM. opportunity
