I work a straight shift Monday to Friday which is very much flexible for me. I always ensure that I maintain a healthy relationship with my coworkers and employees as well I order for me to be happy in the work place as well ad I spend most of my hours here at work. I have learned to deal with different kind of people and their behavior as well and also learned to understand people as we le all unique and have different views and ways of doing things. I enjoy helping people and the fact that they relying on me for help

Pros: Great salary, great working environment
Cons: Long working hours

Prior to being retrenched, I was the JHB Based operation's Quality Manager.

The typical work day would be to have the morning meeting with my staff members (quick 5 Min's), then discuss the BOS with my Plant Manager. Fridays would be the Weekly BOS Conference Call with the General Management Team. I always respect my fellow peers and they respect me.

Pros: Awesome market-share in the Automotive Industry
Cons: Being retrenched
